X post generator
Enter a topic and get three ready-to-post X posts, free and with no signup. Each takes a different angle (contrarian, observation and practical) and carries the weighted character count X will actually charge it, which is not the same as its length: a link costs 23 whatever its size, and an emoji costs two.

X posts are the cheap half. Two hundred and eighty characters you can write between meetings. The expensive half is LinkedIn: longer, slower, and it needs an idea you have not had yet. That is the half WordPush does, from your industry's news, in your own voice.

X does not count characters. It counts weight, and on a budget this small the difference decides whether a post sends. Any link costs a flat 23 whatever its real length, because X rewrites every URL through t.co. So a ninety-character link is cheap, and shortening one before you post buys you nothing at all.
It runs the other way too. Emoji and CJK characters cost two each, so a post decorated with
six emoji has quietly spent twelve characters. Most free generators count
String.length, which gets both of these wrong at once, and hands you a post it
swears is 274 when X thinks it is 291.
The other thing worth knowing: an X post is not a short LinkedIn post. Compressing one keeps its scaffolding — the throat-clearing opener, the one-line-per-thought ladder, the tidy lesson at the end — and the result reads like someone shouting a memo. The register is different, not just the length, which is why this generator writes for X rather than trimming something written for somewhere else.
Past that, the rules are the ones that have always applied. One idea per post. Start at the point rather than building up to it. Carry something concrete, a number or a named thing or an opinion someone could disagree with. A post that could have been written by anyone about anything gets read that way.
