Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RMGB Group Limited (“we”, “us”, “WordPush”), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14330082), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use wordpush.co.uk or the WordPush application at app.wordpush.co.uk.

What we collect

When you sign up via LinkedIn OAuth, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a token that lets you publish posts to your LinkedIn profile or company page. We also store the LinkedIn posts you generate and publish through WordPush.

We collect billing details (name, address, last four digits of card) via Stripe when you upgrade from a trial.

What we do with it

• Generate ideas and posts tailored to your brand voice
• Publish to LinkedIn on your behalf when you click publish
• Send you product emails and important account notifications
• Improve the product through aggregate, anonymised analytics

AI assistant connections (ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients)

If you connect WordPush to an AI assistant:

• You authorise the assistant to access your WordPush account through a secure OAuth connection. We issue an access token scoped to your account, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings → AI assistants.
• When you ask the assistant to create, schedule, publish, or add media to a post, it sends only that instruction (for example a topic, the post text, or a schedule time) to WordPush. We process it with the same content pipeline as the rest of WordPush, which may use our AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate text or images.
• The assistant receives only what our tools return: for example, the draft post, its status, and a summary of your brand and remaining credits. We do not send it your wider WordPush data, and we do not sell your data.
• If you attach an image through the connector, we download and store it in your WordPush media library. We do not receive images the assistant generated unless you upload them.
• We receive only the specific tool requests the assistant makes on your behalf, not your broader conversation with it.

Where it lives

All personal data is stored on UK-based servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Card details are never stored on our servers, those are handled directly by Stripe.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of all personal data we hold on you
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent for processing
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO
