Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of WordPush, operated by WordPush Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17277476) and part of RMGB Group Limited. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and have authority to bind any organisation you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscription & billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The 3-day free trial does not require a card. If you choose to upgrade after the trial, your selected plan begins immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use WordPush to publish content that violates LinkedIn's user agreement
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass platform limits
  • Resell access without a valid Agency partnership in place
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate

Content ownership

You own everything you generate and publish through WordPush. We retain a non-exclusive licence to host and process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

AI assistant connections

WordPush lets you connect third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients) to your account through a secure OAuth connection. If you connect one:

  • You authorise WordPush to act on the instructions that assistant sends on your behalf, including creating, generating media for, scheduling, and publishing posts, as if you had made them yourself.
  • You are responsible for everything done through a connected assistant, and the Acceptable use terms above apply to it in full.
  • Generating text, images, or carousels through a connected assistant uses AI credits from your plan in the same way as using WordPush directly.
  • Your use of the assistant itself is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We do not operate or endorse the assistant and are not responsible for it.
  • You can revoke a connection at any time in Settings → AI assistants. We may also suspend or revoke a connection to protect your account or the service.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WordPush depends on third-party APIs (LinkedIn, OpenAI, Google), outages on those platforms may affect functionality.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
