1. Agreement
By using WordPush, you agree to these terms. WordPush is provided by RMGB Group Ltd.
2. Service Description
WordPush is a content creation and publishing platform that generates and distributes content to WordPress, LinkedIn, and email platforms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WordPush to generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content generated through WordPush. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process and publish content on your behalf through connected platforms.
6. Credits & Billing
Credits are consumed when generating content and images. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
WordPush is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any content published through the platform, publishing delays, or third-party platform issues.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
